Richard leads the United Synagogue’s Communications team to promote the wide-ranging work of the charity across print and digital media.

He is a longstanding member of Golders Green United Synagogue and was previously the Head of External Affairs at World Jewish Relief and the former Senior Vice President of the Board of Deputies of British Jews.

He has also worked for the Union of Jewish Students and University Jewish Chaplaincy and is a trained Holocaust educator.
