This past weekend, communities across the U.S. marked Lag B’Omer with an array of events. In Welwyn Garden City, the Hebrew Congregation and Welwyn Hatfield came together for a festive BBQ, featuring a Wild Science Petting Zoo that delighted the children. Highlights included meeting Carlo the Crested Gecko and Gary the Giant African Land Snail.
Meanwhile, in Golders Green, families enjoyed a lively BBQ and picnic filled with fun activities for children, including archery and games. The events were well-attended and brought the spirit of Lag B’Omer to life with warmth, celebration, and joy.
