Bushey United Synagogue’s Gan (nursery) recently visited Prime Time, which is their lunchtime club for senior members. There were 45 attendees including 30 children from the Gan.
The aim of this was to help the children from the Gan to develop confidence and social skills. The children introduced themselves to the Prime Time members, sang their favourite songs, and mingled with the group. Together they enjoyed art and craft activities, threading, puzzles, and sharing books.
Jeanette Marks, an attendee of Prime Time, said: “It was wonderful bringing the younger generation of our community to meet and interact and learn from each other.”
Rachel Freedman, the manager of Bushey Gan, said: “It was amazing seeing different generations from our community coming together.”
