The Chief Rabbi visited Sheffield on March 6th, when a service was held the mark the 25th anniversary of Kingfield Synagogue. Jo Grose, Chief Executive of the United Synagogue, was also in attendance.
The service was followed by an address by the Chief Rabbi, who recalled the first time he came to Sheffield was when his son won a ticket to see the snooker at the crucible.
This was followed by a dinner, where the Chief Rabbi came to each table to speak to the diners.
