Jacqui is Vice President of the United Synagogue. She was elected a Trustee of the United Synagogue in July 2019 and re-elected in July 2023. She previously served as a Trustee from July 2014 to July 2017.

Before retiring, Jacqui was Director of Postgraduate Business Studies at the University of Westminster then Director of Academic Quality at the London School of Jewish Studies.

She is also Chair of Governors at Wessex Gardens Primary School.

Jacqui is married to Peter and they have two children and three grandchildren.
