Lali leads the United Synagogue’s Property team and is responsible for managing the charity’s building assets and ensuring they are safe for use by the community. The team helps delivery of both small and large projects including refurbishment and redevelopment, and works with a wide variety of stakeholders, partners and teams.

Lali was previously Head of Programmes at the Institute for Sustainability, where he was responsible for the delivery of complicated pan-European projects, and prior to this worked for the London Development Agency in London-wide focused major projects.
