Saul was elected President in July 2025. He was first elected a Trustee of the United Synagogue in July 2017 and re-elected in 2021.

He has been involved in Stanmore & Canons Park United Synagogue for many years including serving as Vice Chair.

Professionally, Saul joined the Bank of New York Mellon where he ran European Equity Trading then joined Visium Asset Management, a large global hedge fund. Following this he co-founded Dalkeith Brokerage which is a large bulk trader of alcohol and produces the award-winning DS Tayman whisky.

He lives in London with his wife Fayga.
