We tried to keep our plans to celebrate Roy’s birthday a secret, but when his family all arrived in Shul the game was up!
A clearly emotional Roy participated in the Shabbat Service with his brother, Morris, son and grandson. His daughter, granddaughter and girlfriend Sarah were all there to cheer him on.
Then, we all tucked into the Super Kiddush and delicious birthday cake not forgetting to raise a toast to Roy, a true treasure of the community.
